Football fans have two separate draws this weekend, with Auckland FC playing at Go Media Stadium and the Premier League Trophy making its first visit to Aotearoa.

Auckland FC takes on Macarthur FC at 3pm on Saturday at Go Media Stadium, 2 Beasley Ave, Penrose, with tickets starting at $15 plus booking fees.

The Premier League Trophy will be at a Sky Sport Studio pop-up on Sunday from 9am to 3pm at Te Komititanga Square in the CBD, where fans can take photos and join activities.

Where to see five films for freedom screenings

A free screening of Five Films For Freedom is scheduled for 4pm on Saturday at the Capitol Cinema on Dominion Rd in Balmoral.

The short film collection, presented in collaboration between the British Council and BFI Flare: London LGBTQIA+ Film Festival, is in its 12th year.

The programme includes films from Britain, the United States and Mexico, France, Vietnam and Brazil.
